Tested on HTC Vive controllers and with Steam Index controllers and no response from DeoVR. The
player.log file is just a flood (500kb per minute) of errors like this:
NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
at DeoVR.XR.Controllers.ControllerManager.Update () [0x000e2]
NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
at Valve.VR.SteamVR_Action_Boolean_Source.UpdateValue ()
