Please consider implementing the resolution changing option (possibly internally called RenderScale in your dev team), which is currently hard-coded to 1.7x of the default resolution on the PICO 4 headsets (2560 x 2560 px). The latest PICO 4 Ultra model (and Quest models) can already change that resolution natively, but not the older PICO 4, despite still being quite performant even with the higher resolutions. Even the Quest 2 (which has the same XR2 Gen 1 chipset as PICO 4) can handle a RenderScale of 2.0x without a sweat, and the majority of videos still play at fixed 90fps while having an even cleaner and better-looking picture.
If you don't know what I'm referring to, take a look at the PLAY'A app's "Render resolution" option, which does exactly what I'm explaining, and it's been there for quite some time for many people to enjoy. Being a Unity/Android developer myself, the feature shouldn't take more than an hour or two for an experienced dev to implement (including the tests), and you would make many users very happy. Please consider implementing this option as it doesn't hurt the headset, and even PICO themselves claim it's safe to set it up to 2.0x. Looking forward to seeing it in one of the future app versions. Thanks.
