App won't open

As of today 26th August app won't open in my quest 3.

DariaDeoVR yes and no. I noticed Slr will load but deo won't.

OK I'm trying to delete and reinstall cos it's still not working for me but I can't see where to delete it can you point me to where, thanks.

DariaDeoVR I was doing that and it was just opening the app. I'll try again after work.

Hi again, OK I've discovered something. I managed to delete and redownload the app and of course I wasn't yet signed in. All of the deovr videos were there and playing nicely but when I signed in they vanished again!
I can't see anything when I'm signed in.

Ahha I've made another discovery, it's because I'm using a vpn client on my router. When I turn that off deovr works perfectly.
