Meta Quest 3 controller wont work on Deo VR

for the life of me i cant get the #@@# controller to work on Deo VR.
Brand new Meta Q 3
changed battery, restarted, repaired, reinstalled DEO, tried every button.. works on all other software.

Is there some easy way to fix this? I see its been an issue since 2021...

sure.. Meta 3 Quest 128G Deo VR application is 14.9

KOTEP00 Thank you. Please clarify, are you referring to the standard Meta Quest 3 controller? In your case, are both controllers (left and right) not working, or just one of them?

both not working... you can see the "beam" but cant click to start the video.. if you look at the various threads, its an ongoing issue.. It's a brand new machine.. ( 8 days old) and yes i restarted, new batteries, reset, re paired reinstalled DEO. it's only DEO that doesn't work with controllers. Odd that Deo comes pre installed if it still has bugs...

KOTEP00 Can you please specify the firmware version of your Quest 3?
Have you updated it recently?

i really appreciate you help.. but i wonder rather than asking me one question at a time, just pool them all together.. Remember the Headset is new.. like 10 days old.. it's updated with everything.... Is there someone i can talk to or is this the only way ?

no.. neither.

KOTEP00 The issue may be related to the 78.1028 firmware option. We will need time to investigate the issue as this firmware update is not available for the developers yet.
