Audio Sync problems after recent update

I've been using DeoVR on the Quest 2 for a few years without any problems. With the latest DeoVR version, the audio often drifts out of sync with the image and there are also occasional moments of lag and stutter. I'm playing back mostly 5K-8K 180LR videos stored on the headset. Some of the videos I've played on previous versions of DeoVR without any problem, and if I play them on Skybox player they all work perfectly.

Can you please send the links you have this issue with?
What is your DeoVR app version?
Do you use a standalone app installed from the Meta Store?
Where are you currently located (city and country)?
Do you use software that can affect your Internet connection, like a VPN?

How do I see the DeoVR version? (I did look but couldn't find it.)
I'm using the the app from the Meta store.
Location: Lincoln, UK
No I don't use a VPN or anything like that. Also, I'm playing back files located on the headset and not streaming anything. The vids are all HEVC (H.265).
