Incorrect keywords + bad search engine

i have seen lot of videos with wrong keywords for example 180 for flat video , 3D for 2D video... This worsen viewing experience lot when videos aren't what you expect.

And search engine is bad and you need use exact correct worlds to find any of videos.

These are small things but also easy to fix.

Mostly seems to be fixed, but i didn't found any info on changelog? But there is still 2d videos named 3d. For example on this channel: https://deovr.com/channel/axg-vision Is this ok?
