stoped playing my video files over DLNA

I signed up to this forum just to say, add me to the list of unhappy customers, I have no use for this app without DLNA? Why remove it, it worked fine? Other apps are sadly not as good

I loved the UI of your video player. But I am very sad that DLNA is not available. Can you please bring back DLNA even if it is a paid video player? As it is, i will end up using skybox while complaining about the UI.

sadman Also my oppinion. If they have problems with ressources, they should charge a fee and I am shure that most of the users would accept it.

For me DLNA only worked with the Windows 10 Media Server. None of the popular servers like Kodi would work with DeoVR. VLC on my Android phone works with these.

I don't want to use Microsoft's version of DLNA, so it's no big loss to me.

I use my own http based streaming server, no big loss to me either.
It's just sad to see this move has pissed off so many people. I am now afraid DeoVR will drop http for https only in the future.

Any ways to uninstall the new version and install an old one?

DLNA is getting back to DeoVR with upcoming update. Potentially adding SMB support. More updates soon.

DeoVR_Bran Absolutely agree with you and sorry for my „bullshit“ but I really was shocked and very disappointed by your decicion… but honestly I really think that DeoVr is on the way to become the ultimate VR-Player and getting back DLNA is great!

Because you could put it back but "downgrade it".
