How to cancel DeoVr Premium subscribtion?

Bareis Hello, which Premium plan do you have?
Open the Profile Settings page https://deovr.com/user/profile and click Cancel button on the right side of the page

EugeneVR This is a lifetime plan and there is no cancellation option.

EugeneVR My problem is I couldn’t see cancel subscription button. I accidentally make a lifetime subscription. I want to cancel it.

Bareis Correct, Lifetime is a one-time payment. Cancel option is for Monthly and Annual plans. In case you want to have a refund please contact support https://deovr.com/pages/contact
