Separate Audio Control
Many other apps offer separate audio controls, and it's a fantastic feature. Imagine watching a video while playing music or a podcast in the background—having the ability to adjust the video’s volume independently from the device’s overall sound would be a game-changer for multitasking and personalization.

Screen Lock Feature
Accidental controller bumps can disrupt the viewing experience, especially when you're engrossed in the content. A screen lock option would prevent these interruptions, ensuring that you don’t accidentally block the view or change settings mid-watch.

Enhanced Color and Image Control
More sliders for adjusting image and color quality, similar to those found in video editing apps, would be a welcome addition. Giving users the ability to fine-tune contrast, brightness, sharpness, and more would allow for a more immersive and personalized experience, especially for those who want more control over their visuals.

In-App Video Editing for Uploads
I haven’t personally uploaded to DeoVR, but adding in-app editing tools would be an amazing feature. While top-tier editing might not be necessary, simple edits like trimming, adding filters, adjusting color, and basic transitions for VR vlogs would save creators the hassle of using external software. Many creators might prefer filming and uploading without jumping between apps, so offering these options directly within DeoVR would simplify the process and appeal to a broader audience.

Improved Trailer Thumbnails in DeoVR Mobile Browser

When using DeoVR on my phone’s browser, I had a thought: instead of showing short clips for trailer thumbnails, why not let the full video play from the beginning? Similar to YouTube’s autoplay feature, this would allow users to scroll and preview videos seamlessly. Adding a volume icon to easily unmute would also enhance the experience. Plus, each preview could count as a view, increasing engagement without interrupting the browsing flow.

I also mentioned in anothet post that deovr needs it's own android app to compete with the other many social app out there. Literally everything has an app. 🤷‍♂️

Oh, and a comment section in the deovr app under the videos. 👍

I'd also like to see a trial too, alot of these streaming apps have a week or a month trial for 1$ be nice to see that as an option, personally I'd do a week for 1$ and after that the actual sub kicks in if you don't cancel. 👍

Concur with "Separate Audio Control" recommendation. Quest 3 seems to think everyone is hard of hearing.... Even at the lowest sound setting nearly all videos are too loud for relaxed viewing.

The recommendation I saw on another site was, "Get tape, poke holes in tape, put tape over the speaker ports".

PYSKZ I heard there was some kind of volume option from keeping it from going to loud, I haven't found this option. 🤷‍♂️

Another suggestion would be to add multi-tab support. In DEOVR, I tried searching for Google and it worked pretty well—just a few minor adjustments needed. I also searched for YouTube, and that worked smoothly too. But when I went back to DEOVR, I thought, "If only there were multi-tabs, I wouldn’t have to close YouTube." I also checked out the DEOVR forum, which worked fine, but I had to close it to return to DEOVR. Adding multi-tab support would make things so much more convenient! Hell I might even use deovr more as a browser too but with multi tabs. And a bookmark tabs section too.

I’ll throw this suggestion in as well: adding the option to scroll down in the main menu, similar to scrolling in a mobile web browser. I enjoy the ease of scrolling, and it would make navigating the main menu feel more intuitive.

Might be time to revamped the main menu, I'd have options for alternative menu view or views If possible. At least scroll down version. Most I've seen is usually scrolling down menus.

I used many vr players, some i haven't used in years, and when i use some of them now, you can tell they upgraded it.

Oh, one more suggestion! Right now, we can zoom out the menu, but I was wondering if a "scale size" option could be added. For example, I could make the menu smaller overall but still zoom in closer to it, just at a smaller scale. This would give more flexibility to the users and I'm sure they would appreciate to option to decide what's a good view for them. Scale size for the deo player as well.

And I still hope to see a mobile app for deovr, gotta get out of vr bro! I know it sounds odd, but your app could be on all devices if you had a deovr app similar to the mobile web browser, everything has apps. Bro one day tv might play vr videos 😲

Gotta get deovr app for all devices, on ruku, fire, smart tvs. Get out of vr, well stay in lol...But make an deovr mobile version app for all devices. Would love to see deovr next to Netflix or YouTube on a ruku or smart TV. And leave it deovr, maybe "DeoVR Mobile" 🤷‍♂️

People see "VR" enough times they'll be more curious, if i saw deovr on my ruku as a non vr users I'd assume vr was on my TV now. When I open it it'll probably just play 2d videos, but the vr videos will be there on display with thumbnail trailers and I'm sure some consumers would go out and buy vr headset out of curiosity.

Basically you're just showing what vr they could watch if they had a vr headset. But in meantime there's cool 2d videos for now to watch untill a tv actually plays vr to watch on deovr mobile available on all devices. And if there's not a TV that plays vr videos there's should be! I enjoy watching vr videos on my phone as well. Would be the same on a TV. Be able to move the cam in directions! you know how many times I thought that be cool when watching movies, "wow it be cool if could zoom in or move the cam" people would find that fascinating. VR in TV!

Well bro, that's some my ideas and thoughts I have when using deovr in the head and on mobile.

Get deovr in all devices! By 2026! I hope to see in there!

Bro, can deovr open inside the meta menu window similar to meta TV and YouTube? but YouTube only opens and plays in meta window when i have other apps open.

Be cool deovr could do the same, particularly how meta TV opens up when you click the icon in the headset.That be awesome to see. 👍

Bro! Last time I checked out Jill vr was when it first started, just checked it now and its all women, like gf-ish videos! This is great! Bro I wanna see more vlog style vr, also be cool to live stream just like YouTube and tiktok, bro lol females get a lot of live viewers just playing games bro, also on Pico 4 on it's Pico TV they have live streamers as well, be dj females on there and they have vr cams.

Just more ideas I had after Visiting Jill vr, bro and multiple tabs, I can have both Jill and deo open. 👍🥂

Bro! You’ve already got the screenshot icon, but what if we also had a screen recording icon? The game-changer here would be the ability to map it to a physical button, so we could start and pause recording seamlessly with a single press. One of my biggest frustrations with the Meta setup is that there’s no option to pause screen recordings mid-way, like on a phone. Adding this would make creating VR screen recording content so much easier and smoother. It would be a huge asset for users who want more control while capturing content in vr. Would be less editing too when editing your vr screen recordings.

Bro if meta doesn't have that now, im sure they will at sum point, be the first to do it.

I know I can't pause screen recording, not that I've seen, I'll check again. 🤷‍♂️
