No internet connection issues

Lately DeoVR on Pico4 is having connection issues. Every app has internet, except DeoVR. I've tried resetting the Pico4, removing DeoVR, making sure it is on the latest version, etc. It used to happen for a day or two, but now it's the other way around, if lucky it starts with a connection. Thoughts or help is appreciated.

Hi @Ignotus, it sounds as if there's a potential connection related rule that prevents you from accessing the DeoVR domain properly, similarly to how an institute email provider has rules that prevent them from receiving mails from some places. You can test this out by trying the app on a different Wi-Fi or mobile hotspot to see the difference. Of course, if this doesn't work, reach out to us at https://deovr.com/pages/contact. PavleDeoVR Thanks! It did work on another connection. After calling the provider, it seemed to be a DNS issue, which they resolved.

I would like to piggyback on this one: I have the same setup as Ignotus, DeoVR (Premium) and Pico4, I am using the site sexlikereal and while I can connect to the net and watch the movies, since the day before the scripts are no longer transmitted, it seems. My device is connected properly, but I got a "server not connected" (or to the same result) message and since then, no scripts are downloaded any more to my toy. I have no problem on different devices (pc, mobile phone), so the only thing that makes a difference is the browser and that points to DeoVr. Any Idea what I could try to make this work again? I have already cleared the cache.

EDIT:Reinstall did not work - so next I will try if I can play scripts locally, online Haptics won't work for now.
