Hi @cmyers, I understand where you're coming from but this device is discontinued (and not supported) by Meta/Oculus as well. We follow the same logic that new apps and games do when it comes to compatibility with the latest OS.
Each time Meta releases a new software update, DeoVR has to check if any tweaks were made that affect our platform. As such, future development of DeoVR will continue focusing on improving functionalities for devices currently supported by their developers.

I've had a conversation with several Rift users who had their controller issues fixed by this method. Hope it helps if you're experiencing the same 👍️
