Your frustration is showing openly, and sure it's frustrating when someone you're talking to doesn't understand. But yelling at someone and saying they are stupid for not understanding has about a zero % chance of improving their understanding.
What is typically very helpful from customers is step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the problem. Just saying "open it in steam, it's broken when you do that" isn't sufficient.
- Step by step.
- Tell them what you did.
- To encounter the problem.
Or if it's easier than writing, capture video of every step you take, from zero, until you can show on video how you encounter the problem. Then put it on youtube and link it.
