Hello everyone,
I would like to ask for advice regarding a repeated Premium rejection.
My video “Behind the Gates 360° VR | Inside a German Airbase Open Day” was rejected for Premium with the reason “Low resolution”.
The first version was a longer 42:47 cut with more flight demonstration moments. After the rejection, I created a revised DeoVR-focused version specifically to address possible issues:
- Runtime reduced to 26:12
- Exported as MP4 / H.265 HEVC
- 7680 × 3840 resolution
- 25 fps
- 150 Mbps
- 360° equirectangular
- Filmed with Insta360 X4 in 8K
- Calm static 360° camera positions
- Less distant flight-show footage
- More focus on closer ground displays, hangars, aircraft, helicopters, visitors, and open day atmosphere
However, the revised version was again rejected for Premium with the same reason: “Low resolution”.
I am trying to understand what “Low resolution” means in this context. Is it referring to the actual uploaded file settings, perceived sharpness in the headset, source camera quality, objects being too far away in some scenes, or something else related to Premium standards?
I would really appreciate any specific advice from the DeoVR team or other creators who have dealt with similar Premium rejections.
My goal is to adapt future productions more closely to DeoVR Premium requirements, but it is difficult to improve when the rejection reason is very general.
Thank you!
