Uploading flat video to be viewed in 360

Hello everyone,

First of all, I’d like to thank the DeoVR team for providing such a great platform and for giving us the opportunity to easily participate in building the VR ecosystem.

I need some advice. I uploaded a few videos (set as Unlisted) on my channel. Two of them are 8K flat videos that can be nicely viewed in 360 mode(I have checked that locally on my Quest3). When the platform finishes processing and the videos are still marked as Private, they display correctly as 360 videos. However, once the moderation is completed and the videos become Unlisted, they suddenly appear as flat videos.

Is there any way to make sure my videos remain 360, or is it the case that—regardless of resolution—these types of videos must always be classified as flat?

First, I'm not a DeoVR staff, just a forum reader like you.

Second, I'm not sure what kind of video you are talking here. First you said both of them are flat videos, then you said it can be viewed as 360 video. So are they flat or 360? And are they fisheye format or equirectangular format?

It's better to show a screen capture here so we can understand it better.
