There are 30 posts in that threat. Are you asking "all the issues mentioned in that thread are fixed" or just "the 3d upload problem is fixed"?
As a 3D video uploader, I am happy to tell you that now we can upload 3D Flat videos (Full SBS) as creators, and they will play nicely in DeoVR.
Of course there are still some minor issues, like the default screen positioning is off, so you have to tell your viewers to put in the correct transform numbers for your videos.
For example, the magic numbers for my videos are:
screen size: 180
curve screen 0.5
pitch +18
Height +20
But even with the distorted default screen, you can still see good 3d effects.
