Remote launch video on headset from web: click "Play in VR" on video on web and go to your headset to have it playing.

Improvements

Cache grid content if filters were not changed - can be reset by clicking on the logo
Improved subtitle display to prevent lines from appearing too long.

Bug fixes

Resolved an issue where subtitles appeared on videos without subtitles.

About this "remote launch video on headset from web", isn't that the same as the "single video deeplink" feature?
Does it require https as the protocol? And how exactly to trigger the video playback ? Is it triggered by a json file, a link to the file or some other mechanism?

By the way, can DeoVR allows remote control protocol in regular mode ( file list mode) ?
It doesn't make much sense if we can only control DeoVR in playing mode.
Also the remote control protocol is too limited, for example we cannot even specify the video's 3d format.

philpw99 This feature is designed for streaming videos and photos.
It automatically detects which account the content was sent from and launches it in the VR environment—either the Hub or the DeoVR app—depending on which one is open first using the same account.

All you need to do is click 'Play in VR', and the content will open in the appropriate VR application. No further action is required, as long as you are logged in with the same account on both the web and the VR headset.

So if I understand your reply correctly, that "Play in VR" is only available in DeoVR's website.
If I login to my account in DeoVR.com, and click on "Play in VR", it will send a command to my headset and let it play the chosen VR video. Is that right ?
