I’ve been using DEOVR on the Quest 3 for years to stream VR videos from SLR, and up until about a week ago, the fast-forward (right stick) function would skip 10 seconds nearly instantly during playback.
Now, starting a week or so ago, there’s about a 5–10 second delay between when I press the stick and when the video actually skips forward. It feels like the app is re-buffering or loading a new chunk every time I skip. It's making the app almost unusable. Anyone have this issue or ideas? I am not having this issue with other apps while streaming.
Edit: I also tested the same videos on my Quest 2, which still has an older version of DEOVR, and fast-forwarding is instant, no delay at all. I have to think this points to this being a change in the most recent DEOVR update.
