DeoVR no longer launches in Rift through Oculus 2

Suddenly DeoVR will not launch through Oculus II when connected to my pc via Rift. I have verified latest version at 11.7 and performed reinstall with no change. I also tried creating a user account outside of Rift and logging in. It works fine outside of rift, but not once connected through rift it partially launches and then just kicks out. I used it a couple weeks ago and everything was fine?

I tried to add an image of the screen that pops up when it goes to launch and then just stops, but I'm not sure how to use your insert image control below. It is a video player icon with a red exclamation point in the upper left corner. Along the bottom is a green progress bar that doesn't seem to progress all the way.

I think this is the log file you might need? There are also multiple recent crash logs. Is this saying its a GPU issue??
