Just when I wanted to check out the remote program, they removed it ! Haha, talk about bad timing.
Since their remote control protocol is simple, I spent my Sunday writing this little proggy for you guys.
It's written in AutoIt3's .a3x format. Of course I can compile it to a windows exe file, but then the Microsoft Defender will start to complain... What can I do?
To run it, you just install the excellent windows automation program call "AutoIt3" here:
https://www.autoitscript.com/cgi-bin/getfile.pl?autoit3/autoit-v3-setup.exe
then run my little .a3x proggie to control your DeoVR player remotely.

Note: You can only connect to DeoVR in the player mode, which means you got to play something then pause.
The proggie supports 2 way to play a file: local and remote.
If you are using Headsets that connect directly to your PC, then just connect to 127.0.0.1, drag and drop the video file to the first blanket and hit "Play".
If you are using a web server to serve your VR files, you can drop the direct file link, like "http://myserver.com/secretfolder/secretfile.mp4", to the second blanket then hit "Play".
Anyway, this little progie is quite useful for my little Stash project. Now I can just drop the link from Stash and it will play that video file. Maybe it will be also useful for you. Happy browsing !
