I am troubleshooting the Steam application on a windows 10 device. Some settings have stopped working and I am attempting to start over from scratch because they were previously working. However I can't seem to do a clean install. I have uninstalled from steam. I have gone in and removed the DEOVR folder from steam/steamapps/common I have gone into C:/users/%username%/Appdata/LocalLow/DeoVR and deleted that entire folder. I have deleted in-game overlay data from steam. But when I reinstall ALL THE PREVIOUS SETTINGS ARE SAVED IN DEOVR.
How the hell can I completely delete everything, The whole thing, cleanly so I can reinstall without any settings being preserved?
