What’s the problem?
Might only affect 0.1% of users due to my browser choice, but after publishing and moderation. Changing the pre-scheudled release time glitches.
Valid date and time for my location are used, but the popup time keeps setting itself to 4:## (four something I forget) in the morning.

What did you expect vs. what actually happened?
Expected: Change the scheduled date time to something sooner.
Actual: Scheduler kept wanting to schedule it at 4 something in the morning.
