From logs we can see, that you are trying to open local video file.
Could you please confirm that streaming videos still works or not?
Also we just updated DeoVR in Steam Store to version 9.7 with new XR Management system.
Could you please update it and try to open streaming video and then local and send us logs one more time.
Also please reset previous DeoVR settings:
1) Run regedit
2) Locate CURRENT_USER\Software\Deo VR
3) Delete it.
If new version won't solve the issue, please send upload your local file to the internet and send the link to support(at)deovr.com. We will try to reproduce this issue on our Reverb G2.
