auxiliator sorry about friend bro, π
From my experience with the Quest, there's an accessibility section in the Meta settings that makes it easier to use in different positions. You can have the headset recognize whether you're sitting, standing, or lying down. This is good to use for games.
Also by holding down the menu button while looking at a specific direction, the system recenters the view to match your position. For instance, if you're lying down and look up, holding the menu button will adjust the view to appear correctly in that view. This is called "laying down mode"
You can also change your dominant hand for the controllers, but honestly, I mostly use just one controller. I usually grab my right controller to watch DeoVR or for basic media browsing. When playing games is usually when I need my left controller as well.
As for "tour files" I'm not familiar with that term on deovr.
Again, Sorry about your friend bro, I hope the best for your friendπ
