Infinite loading bug at launch

I'm on a Quest 2.

I've had this bug for a while now even in the patch before the current one.

On a fresh download and install of the app I can use it fine. Once I close/exit the app the next time I try to open the app it gets stuck on an infinite loading screen. It's just the spinning loader going on and on - even if I leave it there for like 20 minutes and come back it's still just stuck.

I've been "getting around" this by uninstalling and re-installing the app each time, because the app only seems to work at first launch on each download. I don't experience anything like this in any other app, and I don't think it's a network issue because I encounter the same infinite loading screen on multiple networks (different ISPs).

Do I understand you correctly, we are talking about starting a DeoVR player on a non-main user on your quest?

For both main and non-main. I tried both.

At first I didn't even have the multi-user feature enabled under the Experimental Quest 2 settings menu, (it's off by default because it's still under Experimental settings).

I saw the other person's post here that "This issue appears on my Quest 2 only under the non-primary user."

So I tried enabling the multi-user feature and creating another account (one primary, one not). I get this infinite loading bug for DeoVR on both types of user profiles.

I also facing this bug, My quest 2 installed latest version, 30.1
multi-user enabled, keep loading after first launch. my only way get into it is remove app and reinstall every every time.
