Found the solution. Basically it's to do with the video format changing. You unfortunately need to ditch the old Oculus Quest 1 headset and get a new Meta Quest. I got the Meta Quest 3S and sold the old one on eBay. Video quality is much better, headset is more comfortable, it's compatible with haptic sex toys like Autoblow AI Ultra, which is actually incredible. I've spent a fair bit of cash on all this but I don't regret it!
