Low frame rates on DeoVR but not Skybox player for local files and streaming

When playing back videos from my HDD, Ive noticed some stuttering, so I ran the FPSvr app to review in real time my frame rates. The frame rate just jumps around between 40fps and 75fps. I used to always max out at 90fps all the time with all videos with DeoVR player. I think this has been going on for some time now though. So today I pulled up the same videos and viewed them with Skybox player and maintained a constant 90fps on all the same videos I watched with the DeoVR player. So it seems to be only with the DeoVR player. Im on Windows 10 home, have a 3090 GPU, 10900 CPU, I have the Bigscreen Beyond headset, note the same problem is with the PSVR2 headset as well. I was paying for the Premium but cancelled due to a lack of support. Those here thinking about buying the Premium service, just be aware that the customer support is just as bad even if your paying for the Premium service

PlanetVR yeah bro, usually it's good support here, I know they might be short staff, not really sure but, I seen your same question ask before so the problem wasn't just on your headset, did this ever get situated?
