DeoVR v9 for Oculus Go

Hello,
The official Oculus Store shows v8.53 for Oculus Go. If I go to SideQuestVR.com I can download v9 for Oculus Go. Can I sideload v9 to Oculus Go?
If it would work, why is the official release in the Oculus Store still v8.53?

Pete Just don't install v9.x for now. We're having issues with it.

Pete Normally yes. As long you have an 8.x version, check the forum to see if there are any issues with the latest update before you install it.
