Update just happened in quest 2

Update just occurred. Now app won’t open. Shows start up screen and then just loads and spins
. I tried restarting and waiting and multiple restarts it does not open. Thank you

Hi, try uninstalling the app, clearing the cache, checking for system updates, installing them if needed.
After that, find the player in the store and install it again.

+1, same issue. Oculus Quest 2, V28 (latest).

To reproduce: Start app for first time, give storage permission, exit app, start app again. Endless loading circle. No connectivity issues.

EDIT: Fresh installed the app. First startup works, then the issue reoccurs.

PS: Only other out of ordinary info that might be relevant for me: using multiaccount feature, downloaded and started app on secondary account.

EDIT 2: The bug only occurs on secondary account. Might be linked with storage access issue but I reported.

What does work: terminatin, clearing app data through settings.apk. But that only fixes the issue for the single initial launch.
