We've added a new page to the DeoVR Creator's Panel where you can input specific passthrough values when uploading your VR videos (or at a later date)
Simply add the accurate values for each settings: Hue, Saturation, Brightness, Color Range, Falloff, or leave at the default settings for green screen. (If you're using Alpha Channel passthrough you can also select that on this page.)
