Streaming Speed Using JSON

Hi All,
I am creating a page with a json file.
www.sharevr.com/JSONLINK.html
The first link "VRblog" is 195Mbit/sec and pauses about every 10 seconds.
The server streaming the file is fast enough. At least 250-300Mbit. You can see the file here directly.

Video "AWS" is the same as "VRblog" but from different server. But still glitches at exact same places.

I am viewing at home on about a 700Mbit connection.

Fisheye2 is a 90Mbit file and that just about streams OK with 1-2 pauses.
Questions please.
Anything I can do to stream without pauses?
Do you see pauses at your end also?
If I want to have my fisheye video rotated up 20 degrees how can I do that in JSON code rather than have to manually press trigger and side button together?

"VR blog" is a 50Gb file.
The direct links stream smooth to my computer.
Video is 3D 360. Top Bottom. 5700x5700 @ 30 FPS
All videos play smooth in your viewer if played from my local hard drive
Using Oculus Quest 2 stand alone for testing. No PC in the mix.
-I presume if just playing a video I don't need any of that timing stuff where I have to state the length of the video etc?

I broke the gallery link, will try fix it soon. But you can see my problem basically I cant seem to stream over about 100Mbit without it glitching even though my server is streaming capabilities of about 250Mbit
