Quest 2 controller buttons not working in DeoVR app

Hello, My Quest 2 is up to date and both controllers have been updated. I downloaded DeoVR today, but when I opened the app, my controller's button would not work so I could not select anything. The pointer function works and my controller works fine with all other apps. Please let me know what to do to fix this problem. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling DeoVR.

Hello! Can you record a video with the sequence of your actions when installing DeoVR? When installing DeoVR, all settings are set by default and the controllers should work without problems.

I am not able to send a video, but I can describe the steps:
1. From the Oculus app store, I searched for the DeoVR app and selected "install"
2. Once the app finished downloading, I clicked "open"
3. The app opened, and while I could point with my controller the controller buttons wouldn't work, so I couldn't do anything.
4. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and rebooting the device and controllers but had the same result.

To follow-up, I am still experiencing the issue. I attached a link to a short video where you can see I open the DeoVR app and the update begins. I try Firefox in the meantime as I have the same problem with that app. The "A" button doesn't work so I return to the DeoVR and try clicking around on the videos, but nothing the pointer is on can be selected. I have done a factory reset and reset the controllers by removing the batteries. I also put in a ticket with Oculus support for this same issue, but I'm not sure if it is the hardware or the software. The button works fine in all other apps. Traylor777 Bro ! By default, the main button is "Primary Index Trigger", with it you open the video for playback. Button "A" by default is responsible for pause

Thanks for clearing that up. That solved the issue. I hadn't used the index finger trigger for anything else so far and forgot it was there. That was the only button I hadn't tried.

Traylor777 How were you able to play the video? Did you use the A button or a combo of buttons? I am also not able to select using the primary trigger like it worked on the Quest.

Larrydallas By default, the main button is "Primary Index Trigger", with it you open the video for playback. If the button "Primary Index Trigger" does not work, go to the settings, the controller section, and see which button on the controller is bounded to MAIN.
