Hey, we are aware that Haptics Connect is not working properly with our app and the team is working on a fix. I can't give you the exact date when this will be resolved but it is scheduled for the DeoVR v.13.13 release. In the meantime, can you follow these steps:
- Unpair your toy from your phone if paired
- Power OFF the toy
- Uninstall the HC app
- Turn the toy back ON
- Pair the toy with the phone (keep in mind that the toy will stop blinking, that's normal)
- turn OFF the toy again
- install the HC app
- turn the toy back ON
- Connect the HC app with your account via the browser (chrome for example) in your profile
- Launch DeoVR in headset
If I got in a situation where the toy stopped working, can you try this?
- Shut down the HC app
- Turn the toy OFF completely
- Start the HC app
- Turn ON the toy and connect
