File is not accessible

I am trying to upload my first video. I forgot to set access rights in Google Drive, so I got the error: File is not accessible. Now I set the access rights correctly in Google Drive, but the Status File is not accessible still appears. How can I trigger this upload to be done once again?

360nerdDE Hi! You need to make sure file access rights are set to to everything is allowed (full access) and you will need to upload the video again as "New". Our system can only recognize and acess the file while in the process of uploading. Changing the file access rights after an upload doesn't resolve the problem.

Hey Philipp,

Have you tried to delete cache/cookies or perform the upload in another browser/incognito mode? If not, I suggest doing any of the above but if the issue is still there, let us know in this thread!
