With Virtual Desktop becoming the preferred standard for usage of the Oculus Quest with high power PCs, I've been doing some testing with DEOVR and Virtual Desktop game streaming, for both the Oculus and Steam versions. I've found 2 showstopping bugs or issues that I wanted to get your POV on.
1) Oculus version - Getting phantom inputs from the thumbstick. This is reproducible by rotating the thumbstick, or rapidly tapping FF or RW. Depending on if you're at the menu screen or playing back a video, it will either a) start moving the viewport around, or b) kick you out of the video back to the menu screen.
2) Steam version - no phantom inputs present, seems to be functioning. However, the viewport is "lifted' in the air, and the user's perspective is off.
I have gone through extensive troubleshooting with the Virtual Desktop devs, and they are fairly confident the issue is with DEOVR. I'm testing on an Oculus Quest 1, with Guardian freshly cleared and enabled. Let me know if you need any other info to address. Thanks!
