Hey guys!
We are about to start our "beta" option for DeoVR. Next release - 13.10 will be available as Release Candidate on Meta store and Steam store for 1 week. You will get a preview of new features sooner, but there might be some issues.
There will be a Release Candidate thread same as normal releases, where you can report issues and we will work on fixing them before we release to everyone.
You can opt in with this steps:
Meta quest
Phone app
- Select the headset
- Open App Library
- Select the app
- Scroll down and unfold More Information
- Click on Version number
- Find Channel dropdown in top right corner
- Select RC
Computer app
- Go to Library
- Click on app name
- Scroll down to Version + Release Notes
- Switch from (LIVE) to (RC)
Important! Procedure to opt out on Meta needs full reinstall and you will loose saved app settings:
- Uninstall DeoVR
- Switch back to Live version
- Install DeoVR
Steam store
- Open Library
- Find and right click on DeoVR
- Select Beta then RC
