中国大陆用户用pico4 ultra播放视频卡顿

我是中国大陆用户，用的是pico4 ultra,每次播放视频时都很卡顿，就是用4K也卡顿，同样的节点在youtube上看4K都很流畅，不知道有没有什么有效的解决办法。
