I would like to ask whether other creators are currently experiencing longer Premium moderation times or rejection reasons that do not seem to match the submitted video.
My latest project, “The Last Voyage | Ghosts of the Hapag Halls | 360° VR Ghost Mystery,” remained in Premium moderation for more than 24 hours and was then rejected with the explanation that DeoVR is looking for videos with a clear subject, interesting moments, or a compelling experience.
This surprised me because the video was produced specifically as a focused DeoVR experience. It contains newly captured original footage from the historic Hapag Halls in Cuxhaven, Germany, filmed with the Insta360 X5 and DJI Avata 360. It has a clear location-based mystery narrative, a concise edit, calm immersive scenes, and is not an archive rework or an unedited walking video.
The video had already reached around 260 views and 3 favourites at the time of rejection.
I have politely requested a manual review from Creator Relations. I am not questioning DeoVR’s right to curate its Premium catalog, but I would like to understand whether other creators are currently seeing similar moderation delays or generic rejection explanations.
Have you experienced this recently, and did a manual review lead to a different result?
