DEOVR loading issues

DEOVR is taking forever to load. And then I try to open SLR and it takes forever again. I keep seeing the three spinning dots. It was working fine a few days ago and other apps are working fine so it probably is not an internet issue. I have a Quest 3s and it is up to date. I have reinstalled the app as well.

hhostovio Hi! Please try restarting your headset, switching to a different Wi-Fi (for example, a hotspot), and logging out and back into the app. If it’s still happening after that, let us know.

AliiaDeoVR So I tried using a hotspot and it works. I am able to bypass my application launching issues using the hotspot then I can change back to my regular wifi to stream videos on SLR. It seems like my wifi is only causing trouble with the app launching, how can I fix this.

hhostovio Another update, i am using my google pixel as a WiFi tether basically. It is sharing my WiFi network to my quest 3s (i have mobile data off one my phone). This method works just fine which is leading me to think that the DEOVR app doesnt like my regular router or something, Any ideas, my setup was working just fine a few days ago?

hhostovio If the issue occurs only with SLR, we can't provide technical help as it is a third-party service.
If the app starts slowly in general but works with your Google Pixel, the issue is likely related to your router or network configuration.

DariaDeoVR The app starts normally with my pixel and slowly with wifi. What could be the issue with my router config since it has not changed and was working just fine a week ago.

hhostovio Since it works fine through your hotspot, this usually means something in your router/network is causing the delay. Even if nothing was changed manually, routers can update automatically or develop temporary issues over time. You can try restarting your router (turn it off for a couple of minutes, then back on) and test again.
