I maybe should have previously mentioned that my use is local files with a Quest S3.
This issue though has happened before, an update loses the loop facility, leading to a significant wait and the new update required to fix it. I also recently suffered from an issue playing local videos where the joysticks did not work, that took a very long time to fix. It appears to me that insufficient time is set aside to test all the functions prior to release. FYI, if your error rate and response time could be significantly improved by charging for your product, it would get my vote.
My interest is for an industrial application where robust reliability is essential.
In any case, could you advise when a fix is likely to be made.
