Hello everyone! We have released new version of DeoVR app v15.5 for Quest, Pico and Steam.

New Features

Added report for issues in DeoVR Drive.
Drive now shows available storage space.

Improvements

Fixed SBS2R video mapping for correct playback.
Added automatic reconnect after connection loss
Improved fisheye lens correction - makes watching fisheye videos much easier on the eyes

Bug fixes

Fixed Local Files issue where the “_half” prefix worked only once.
Fixed incorrect first-page search result

・For example, it is not possible to set it to exactly 180.There are a lot of extremely small numbers after the decimal point.

We will check how to make it more comfortable to setup with the next update

This update auto-applied today on my Quest 3 (v15.5.3662) and unfortunately appears to have broken standard Bluetooth multi-device functionality. I can no longer connect more than one Bluetooth device simultaneously while on the Haptics setting page.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Haptics setting page in v15.5.3662.
2. Connect a Bluetooth device (e.g., haptic).
3. Attempt to connect a 2nd device, 2nd device connects.
4. Result: The 1st device is immediately disconnects, allowing only one active device at a time.

This multi-device sync connection worked flawlessly on v15.4 and broke immediately after the v15.5 update. I suspect the new "automatic reconnect" logic is aggressively resetting the Bluetooth stack or causing a priority conflict.

Please look into this as a priority bug, as it significantly impacts the use of external peripherals.

Kieshi, this is not a 3rd party service. This is in the DeoVR settings menu.

Kieshi, before you call this a 3rd party service, I would recommend that you open your app. Go to your settings menu. and click on "Haptics". There you will see exactly what I'm referring to.

*** Please explain how to roll back on Quest 3. How can we roll back to v15.4??? This 15.5 version is broken and the update automatically applied with no warning, breaking a critical feature in the process. When I check the release channel sub-menu in Quest 3 Apps page, there is no prior version listed. PLEASE ADD v15.4 BACK AS A SELECTABLE RELEASE CHANNEL OPTION so we can at least roll back to a working configuration.

After so many years and after so many requests, I am so glad that DeoVR actually has a solution for half sbs videos.
The only problem is that _half prefix is undocumented, and when we asked about it over and over again, this simple answer was not provided.

Fantastic technical support!! Ingenious keeping-things-in-dark tactic!!
What are you so afraid of? Letting people watch half sbs videos will kill your business model so you had to disable it years ago and hide the feature ever since?
Well, since it is discovered now, I recommend removing the _half prefix feature in the next release. You've already done once, maybe now you should do it again.

Update broke A-B repeat again on quest 3 at least. It is not persited anymore the minute you exist and comeback it is gone needs to be redone... Please fix
