Play for Dream Support

Hello DEO VR team,

I’m using a Play for Dream headset and I’m strongly considering purchasing a lifetime DEO VR subscription. Before doing so, I wanted to clarify a couple of issues I’m experiencing with the PfD store version of the app.

Overall the app runs very well, but I’ve noticed two limitations. The smaller one is the lack of playlist support, which would be a very welcome feature.

The bigger issue is with the virtual hands. Instead of normal hands, I’m seeing large skeletal hands that are quite distracting, and they don’t function properly as pointers. I also tested Hyper (version 1.1), but in that build I didn’t see any hands at all.

Could you help me resolve this hand-tracking issue, or point me toward the correct version to install?

Can you please specify if you don't use controllers at all?
Is it possible to send a screenshot of the issue with virtual hands?

If I use controllers everything is ok.
If I use my hands the virtual hands are horrible huge skeleton models.
i already tried to sideload from sidequest and that version doesn't work as well.
We need an updated version on the PfD store.
