Hi folks, this is a minor release, we have been doing some internal refactoring and improvements, but here are the things you will definitely notice:

Improvement

Improved video seeking to be more smooth

Bug fixes

Fix for favourite playlist only displaying the first 6 videos

We hope to release another version soon with more improvements and fixes. Stay tuned!

All local https urls (ie. using the deovr file as an index) are blank for me with this release. Previous release was fine.

Quest 2 here. Also lost access to local files. Can you please rollback or provide a fixed version soon?

Oculus Quest 3 - the same problem. I would like to rollback previous version.

v15.2.3484 loaded on to Quest 2 and PC/Rift/Link

Still not fixed - washed out image files, thumbsticks in Rift player.

New - Stash-VR and XBVR no longer working - connects and shows menu but no tiles/thumbnails populate in browser.

Working great in prior version and in Heresphere.

Great timing just when the Handy 2 Early Bird batches are shipping.

No issues accessing local files on headset other than washed out playback of image files.

Some time ago one of the Deo people on Discord said local files playback was officially no longer supported. I guess it is true. I posted a link to the post in a previous message on this forum.
The reason I paid extra for more memory was to play videos locally. At least DeoVR is free although you have to subscribe to SLR and Deo to unlock features now so you get what you paid for.
Previously I would have gladly paid a one-time license for DeoVR but since they have shifted towards streaming only and continually break core functions it is difficult to stay loyal to DeoVR. It still has the best UI that suits my viewing style.

They are all forwarded to the team. We will check why the issue occurred in this version.
Unfortunately, there isn't an option to roll back.

Is this still supported? Using a json file to show/list local files.

I use a Quest 3, and with the json example like "6. Multiple videos selection deeplink (Selection Scene)". My library names are shown, but none of the video in the list are show since the update.

Local pictures are again a little broken, they are all extra bright and washed out on Quest 3

I also have the same issue as written above. I’m on a quest 3. On the local interface no videos show up. if i switch from the watchlist tab to unmatched or recent tab the videos will pop up for 1 ms and the interface will go blank again.

Rdv21 I can confirm, this is the most accurate description, the thumbnails appear for a split second and then disappear. Quest 3.
