In recent versions of DeoVR (definitely in 15.1, possibly even earlier), something seems to have changed that significantly affects video seeking performance. When clicking anywhere on the seek bar, the app performs at least two seek operations in a row — first is maybe to a keyframe, and then to the actual target position. This results in the seek taking twice as long, or even more, compared to previous versions. Visually, it looks quite rough: the image stutters, and the seeking feels very slow and unresponsive.
I’ve tried reinstalling the app, which reset all settings, but the behavior remains unchanged.
This issue occurs with all videos streamed from my DLNA server — including ones that used to work perfectly just a month ago — as well as with all online videos hosted on your homepage.
I'm using a Quest 2 running the latest firmware version: v79.1034.
